Do you know someone age 80+ who is living in Summit or Eagle county and is still leading an active, healthy lifestyle? The Summit Daily News and the Vail Daily are looking for awesome octogenarians ... or nonagenarians ... or even centenarians!

Why? We want to know why people live longer in our mountain communities. So the Summit Daily and Vail Daily newsrooms are looking into longevity in the high country. We'll produce a multiple-part, in-depth report in our newspapers in February. We're also hosting a guest speaker from The Blue Zones. We'd like to highlight some of the folks in our communities who are the epitome of long amazing lives.

Do you have a neighbor who still skis, bikes or hikes? Do you have a grandparent who is unbeatable at backgammon? Do you know someone who travels the world? Or volunteers to help others? Or grows a garden? Or doesn't miss her weekly class at the gym?
